Postmodernism
Reflection
This week we learned about how postmodernism has affected the typography world such as through how it has changed the feel and look to posters and album covers as we know them today through experimenting with typogrphy artists such as Rosemarie Tisi, Slegfled Odermatt and Stoff Giessbuhger. These influential artists have shaped how we look at typography today and have influenced many others in doing so.

Post modernism is a climate of cultural change which challenged the Ryder and clarity of modernism. For example in the 1970s to 1980s post modernism was a stem from internationalism for typography itself this was a time of experimenting through not just lettering but through punctuation to entice the art world.
Some characteristics of post modernism
These are all very influential through this time as these were the bases of how post modernism is today.

July 15th 1972
This was the beginning of ost modernism as artists are now more inspired through the 60s and 70s to create more than just typogrpaghy but to make it more bold and stand out form older work.
