IXD 102- introduction into communication design 2025-2026
this week we focused on how to use colouring and making a new website from the basics of figma form the first week. the use of imagery and colour is concluded with this week and with this the reflection for the essay and introduction to the essay and project 3 was very helpful and needing to cerate a draft of the essay in order to create the start of the project.
this week we were tasked to create a national geographic redesign of their website which below I have achieved. the usefulness of this week was to create navigation bars and to use figma for the purpose of website making.
the use of grids and layouts were important and how to create these on figma was important for the line up of content. the grid system is a very good tool on figma especially for a lot of text content.
plugins were used as well such as buttons and navigation due to the basics needing this by using this it is important that all the buttons and icons work especially for bigger projects.
